Brett Nussey has over 25 years business experience and has run over 12 successful businesses, including restaurants and cooking schools and advertising agencies. He began personal coaching 15 years ago and has used his skills to guide business owners from all walks of life to establish successful businesses. Brett has started two restaurants from scratch and has been involved in the management and training of 4 other successful establishments. He also provides a styling service for décor and food styling for product shoots. The interactive, hands on classes are held at a professional cooking school – Stir Crazy in Hout Bay. Here Brett will help you to prep, cook and style your food while you capture the whole process shot by shot.
